Awful parking lot. Not organized with cleaning services, they wanted to clean our room at night the same day we arrived (it was clean since it was the first night). The staff was really nice and attention was great tho.

Lo que más me gustó fue la calidez del personal en Recepción, de verdad son muy amables. Los desayunos muy ricos, la habitación siempre impecable. Lo único que puede ser un poco molesto es el ruido exterior

En general bueno, solo el problema del que no funcionará el elevador y subir hasta el sexto piso, y la falta de espacio en el estacionamiento.

Iniciando con la limpieza, animal muerto en las almohadas debajo de la colcha, con un tapete de plástico fuera de la ducha(que no pertenece al hotel), cabellos en el baño, la presentación de las amenidades es deplorable además de incompleto, el lavabo se tapa. Tal parece que ha sido una habitación sin preparar, sin revisar y/o de alguien más. Ruido de las habitaciones de a lado, se escuchan los pasos de la gente arriba, no hay un teléfono en la habitación para poder comunicarse al lobby! Para colmo, no tienen agua caliente para poder ducharse.!!! La peor experiencia sin duda.

Luce bien en fotos, pero no lo recomiendo.

Estoy consiente de que es un hotel economico, el hotel es "nuevo", las instalaciones lucen recientes, las camas incomodas, almohadas incomodas, nos asignaron habitaciones del piso 7 y para nuestra mala suerte el elevador falló durante la estancia, tuvimos que subir por las escaleras. El restaurante no muy bueno, y si pagas con tarjeta te agregan el 16%.

Si buscas algo económico ésta es una súper buena opción! En general la habitación es muy amplia, las camas y almohadas no son cómodas, hay agua caliente, no cuentan con secadora de cabello, no hay teléfono en la habitación si te quieres comunicar a recepción es con tu celular, el elevador no siempre funciona y las luces de los pasillos están fundidas la mayoría, pero el personal es súper amable! En relación precio-calidad la verdad siento que es la mejor opción:)

Es un buen lugar, las instalaciones están bien, el lugar es nuevo. La atención es buena. Quizas reforzar y agregar alguans amenidades para hacer la estancia más cómoda. Saludos

La Recepcionista muy poco accesible y con mal carácter, Los colchones son unas piedras y no tienen suficientes lugares de estacionamiento para todas sus habitaciones, puede ser que tu coche se quede en la calle (fue mi caso) no estuvo tan mal, pero creo que no regresaría

A mi llegada el de recepción no me quería dar habitación, ya que comentaba que la habitación no estaba pagada. No se si fue su sistema o el sistema de expedia, pero no tenían registrado el pago de mi habitación el cual realice por medio de la pagina de expedia. Al final y con trabajo me dieron la habitación con el pendiente de revisar al día siguiente si estaba pagada la habitación. No se si es culpa del hotel o de expedia. pero pase un mal rato y tiempo.
