The bed in our room is uncomfortable and worn out. Very friendly and professional staff. The doorman, bellhops, and elevator attendant's uniforms look excellent."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day, 9-night stay at Eton. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Our room was very comfortable, and both the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked exceptionally well throughout our stay. The staff and the night time manager were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our experience even more pleasant. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the food was tasty and satisfying. We also appreciated how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Even the hallways and hotel floors had a fresh, pleasant scent, which added to the overall feeling of cleanliness and comfort. The location was another big advantage. The hotel is very close to Pudong Avenue Station, making it convenient to get around Shanghai by public transportation. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Eton and were very happy with our experience. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Shanghai."
