"When I did the booking, the room I chose had a big balcony with city view. What I got, was a small balcony, with a view that was not nice at all. 3 days I didn't have water in the shower (but I told them on the 3'rd day, so that's my fault) If you have perfume allergy, be prepared for a smelly room. They have candles with smell and sticks. I had to put them out on the balcony, and leave the door open the first 12 hours, wich resulted in many moscito bites. The hot water instruction was not good....

"The room was spotless and well equipped. It's honestly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for comfort, cleanliness, friendlyness and location. Complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water every day was great. Room was cleaned daily, bed made and clean towels daily. Breakfast was really nice, the selection was limited but taking into account the size of the hotel (roughly 13 rooms) it was more than sufficient and the quality of the food was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay...
