「Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside. 「Loved the property and their hospitality. Air con was heating the room too much and was not able to cool the room which they attributed to the “winter season” - so it did get stuffy in the room, but opening the windows helped a great deal. Very friendly staff. Overall a good experience!」
