The staff was very courteous and friendly,the room was clean. Also the beds were comfortable and we appreciated the in-room coffee. A nice quiet Motel. The Michigan shaped swimming pool was pretty unique. This inn was close to restaurants and shops also.

I showed up and they said they didn't have a room for me.Because expedia didn't confirm my stay there. Needless to say after driving all the way there and not have any place to stay for my son's birthday, It was very upsetting. And all I get for the inconvenience is a ruined trip

This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.
