「My husband and i spent our anniversary weekend at this amazing hotel. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with a large closet, mini fridge, ironing board and 50" television. The bathroom was spacious with hot and cold water. The AC unit was so powerful we had to turn it off and the room kept cold for hours. 「Everything was ok except breakfast. My friend ordered pepperpot and she got a bowl full of fat and no meat. When i mentioned it, I felt we were totally ignored. She never came back with somwthing else or a response. 」

「Breakfast was ok, could have some more varieties in food, juices/hot brewages as there was only 2 types of teas and coffee. Not black tea just 2 herbal teas. Pool is excellent! Changing areas not in service as the hotel is fairly new so many things are still not up and running yet. Staff is very nice but needs a lot of training in being hands on as mentioned hotel is new so there are still in training...very friendly staff though. Always willing and helpful to go the extra mile.」

「Everything was great. However u did find two roaches in my room. One dead. One alive. Gym is busy in the afternoon. Go early. Lots of variety at breakfast. I eat very clean so I couldn’t have most of it, but there is alot of choice. All staff are awesome. The cleaners are very accommodating. The desk staff also great. 」

「The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.」

「The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again. 「Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. 」
