「導航竟找不到需要多問幾次又加上週末大塞車賭了個多小時才找到,check in時告知有一間還需ㄧ個小時才可完成,要我們先到處走走再電話通知,結果卻是四個小時後才來電說房間好了,去櫃檯拿房卡時沒人道歉更別談昇等了,可能生意太好無所謂吧」

「酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。」

「We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went beyond our expectations, from little gift surprises to everyone being super nice and always helpful. Our 3rd trip here and will definitely be coming back again soon. 」

「The area and resort are nice. Nothing spectacular. The 1 bedroom condo that we stayed in was quite comfortable but the finishes and furnishings were outdated and need updating. Location is convenient to downtown Truckee which is nice. 」

「对于滑雪爱好者来说酒店位置很好，可以skiin&skiout，旁边的雪道不错，周围雪具租借、滑雪学校、餐厅都有，就是价格较贵。酒店硬件有些旧了，订的四人住的房间里面是一张大床和一个沙发可拉开的沙发床。沙发床舒适度一般，无法让滑雪后的人好好睡个好觉恢复体力。而且房间内的空调、厨房水、浴室热水等设备过段时间就会启动操作一段时间，操作时声音很响，而且轮番启动，睡觉时真的很吵。房间隔音不好，感觉楼上的住客又经常穿着雪鞋在房间里不断的溜达，不胜其烦。酒店的服务没怎么感受到，housekeeping早晨8点多就来敲门要打扫房间，跟服务员说大概30分钟后可以打扫，结果一天活动结束回来后发现房间竟然跟离开时一样，无奈」

「Basic accomodations. No frills. Everything works fine. Location is convenient. Rooms are renovated but worn carpets. No elevator. No luggage carts. Adequate parking and comfortable beds. Recommend using noise cancellation or ear plugs to block highway noise.」

「We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...

「We had a wonderful time spring Skiing, walking distance from Palisades Tahoe. Pool and hot tub. Rooms very rustic and simple, very nice. 」

「I was surprised to learn there was no hot breakfast served at a ski resort. First time I experienced this in 40 yrs. Of skiing. In Europe, breakfast Buffett is common. 」

「Having the Truckee River right outside of your room was wonderful. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and have breakfast. 」

「The restrooms were so private and clean. The resort offered a variety of activities. The lake was close by and accessible to walk or drive. 」

「Great old school Tahoe lodge within a short 3-5min walk to the base of Palisades. The rooms are well set up and cozy with a separate living room with a kitchen. It’s an older property but clean and a great location. 」
