「Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. 「I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was very clean and tidy, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. However, my window faced the main road, so it was quite noisy at night and a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was excellent.」

「In general the accommodation is more or less good in terms of location, room space and cleanliness. However I did have a not so nice experience during checkin. I have got an email from the hotel offering me an upgrade to level 5 or 6 before my stay, which I have confirmed the acceptance via email. But when checked in the hotel on 27-09-2025, I was told by the reception that the offer and confirmation did not appear in their system and the upgrade was not validated. This has caused some chaos...
