「Dirty hotel, and tons of things were broken, including the bathtub and shower. It would have been nice to receive a full refund. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at and honestly needs to be condemned.」

「I often stay here when I’m in town. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Hot Breakfast decent processed food. Kids love the pool and I like the hot tub, although, the chlorine levels need adjusting. It’s is way too strong.」

「Available quickly and close to where we needed to be when the weather turned to snow. Shopping and restaurants close. It met and exceded our expectation.」

「Good for a short stay, amenities are good at this price. The staff seemed not friendly; I'm not sure, maybe I'm from Canada, so I was expecting more generosity, but that's optional. There was some kind of moisture smell in the room..」

「 The facility from the outdoor smoking area, to the lobby to the room were extremely clean. Which I must say was worth every penny of the slightly higher cost per night then other lodging options in the area. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, always willing to help while remaining professional at as well. Our room was a double queen that was surprisingly very spacious. Within the room there was a wall desk with pull out table, 2 sitting chairs 2 stools and a small portable...

「There was no usable pool. It was closed with no plans of re-opening despite being advertised as having a pool on the listing. Quality Inn recently took over and the hotel was still undergoing renovations. View of the Ohio River was nice. No furniture in the room besides the bed and dresser. Rooms were newly renovated. 」
