「We have stayed at the cottages many times, preferring the wonderful ones on the Swan River. They are comfortable and have all you need. Renovations are going on, which didn't bother our stay, and the upgrades will be even lovelier. A great place to stay.」

「Where do I begin, first off the property is awesome, peaceful and beautiful. BUT we got there and the heaters (3) did not work, it was a very cold sleep. The next day we noticed that we had no coffee or utensils, we were given coffee and utensils. We were given a heater but that still left the bathroom freezing. We only had 1 facecloth which was corrected. Later the first day we found that the only water coming in the shower was scalding hot, we could not shower. When we attempted to watch TV it...

「No staff help. Had to find staff to check in after waiting in lobby for 30 minutes. Got a text for check in said if need help text that number. I did for 2 more blankets. After 30 minutes of no response i went to office. Nobody there. After 3 hours finally found someone. Went to checkout again no one around 」
