"On the Day of Checkin I was tyring to get an upgrade which I wanted to pay for - It took more than an hour to make anyone understand that I could not do that via the website. The internal fans were not working , Lots of insects , the garden was overgrown by weeds. "

Billy did not ask me if it was OK to be moved to another accommodation and only when I asked him what was going...
