「First of all, I am property manager in North Carolina with several decades of experience. I was pretty disappointed in our accommodations. 1) Excessive trash laying around the property including more than a 100 cigarette butts piled into a 5 gallon bucket at one of the side entry doors. This condition was present on Monday through today without any cleaning. 「The staff was great, friendly, and super helpful. The lobby is nice and the room was good aside from being unable to avoid being sprayed in the face by cold water each time we used the shower as there is no way to avoid it. Our room was also not cleaned once during our stay. Minor complaints, overall it was a decent place to stay. 」

「When I arrived, the man at the desk told me he couldn’t honor my reservation because “a pipe broke” and he had no other room. I had to go to another town and try to find a room at a different motel late in the day. He told me if I contacted Expedia and told them what happened he would return my money through them. Expedia contacted the motel and they REFUSED to give me back my money! Don’t book with this motel. They are unreliable and dishonest. Why is such a lousy establishment even listed with...
