The hotel looks modern from the outside, the front desk staff is professional, but when you get your room card and go to the room you will find that the hallway is dirty, food crumbs and garbage are everywhere, the same is true in the room, the carpet is dirty and there are no slippers in the room, I would say this is not even as clean as the motels I have stayed in, don't be deceived by its appearance!!!

Check in and out were great. Had small issues with the room, which I repaired one of, reported the other. Biggest bummer, no bologna for the Clyde sandwich. Also, no pickles, how does a diner have no bologna or pickles

Terrible -100/10 fire alarms went off every night. I had my dog with me for the dog show and it was horrendous listening to the fire alarms go off for over an hour I couldn’t imagine how his ears felt. When we went to evacuate the first time me and my dog got locked in a halfway with no way out (we didn’t know if it was real or not at that point, though we were going to die.) toilet was broken, peeling paint in the room extremely loud air conditioner could barely sleep with it on but it was to hot without it. And to top it off some strange man was trying to get into our room with a key card in one hand and a screwdriver in the other.

Booked based on picture used on advertisement - nice big pool. Only to find out pool is closed. It was 95 degrees out and spring break. Disappointed. Went to call front desk to let them know I have no remote control in my room, phone was not working. Called on my cell phone, they brought remote but couldn't fix phone. Bathroom had one wash cloth, but didn't realize this until the morning when we were rushing to take our showers and get to work. The Diner was horrible -greasy chicken tenders that we had to soak out the grease with our cloth napkins. Staff was nice, overall the place felt nice. Asked if they would waive resort fee since pool was not available, wifi was not used, phone was not available. She said oh but you got parking. Well duh every person needs to park there to stay there. Was not pleased with this experience. Too many little things and the pool advertising was misleading.

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room AC was cold but loud. We paid a resort fee for no pool access (closed for "winter" or other amenities. The cafe ran out of some items, the Steakhouse was decent but al a carte pricing. Overall decent place and not the worst if you have a reason to be there.

When we checked in they charged more than the amount that showed on Expedia's confirmation sheet. The night clerk was not willing to work out the problem and I finally got the day clerk to adjust the charges after I showed them the confirmation sheet from Expedia

We stopped to sleep on the way to Park City, UT. Bed was super comfortable so that’s a plus. However, the bathroom was meh at best. If you’re super short this shower is for you. As a 5’5 individual I was ducking! There was a questionable substance all over the wall by the toilet that freaked out the hubby! All we did was sleep so can’t speak on the amenities.

This is now just a stopping point on your way into vegas. There are no table games, everything is slots. Petes steak house you need to make a reservation 24 hours in advance. The diner wasnt horrible. Room was clean, however we were suppose to get a courtyard view and it was a block wall and water heater.

I have been traveling for 45 years back and forth to Vegas to include stops at Primm. This time it was late and got a room with my son. The staff, rooms, lack of tables (which online says their are tables) and one open bar where the bartenders barely give you the time of day. It was such a disappointment and to be honest very dirty everywhere. I am sad to say I will never stop here again. It's time for this hotel to close it's doors for good. We went to get food and wanted a beer. We were told you order a beer if you don't get the hot dog special otherwise you could not get a beer with any other order. What??? Never again will Primm be one of my stops.

first. The lady helping with check in was great, very patient. That being said, i had way to much problems getting our rooms. She had a very hard time finding our reservations. it wouldn't come up with our name or itinerary or confirmation numbers. Finally worked with pre check in codes. This poor lady was the only person checking in everyone. The manager was across the street at another Hotel training and not available. Second. The rooms.. Bed was super comfy. But the lighting was terrible. Barely any light. The desk chair is a death trap. When you sit it, you best not lean back. Scared the day lights out me. Ugh. The list of amenities did not list a refrigerator. would have been nice to know there was one, although it was not very cold. would have been nice if there was a microwave as well. Third. None of the Ice Machines worked. Had to go to the bar for ice. Stupid. Forth. The diner. we looked at the hours for breakfast so we can have our crew all meet for breakfast before they had to start working to be ready for the racers. On the info board it said 4AM to ? so we had everyone set to meet at 7:30am Az time, 6:30am Nv time. NO, not open. they said they dont open till 8am NV time. Ugh, so we wait because there isnt anything else unless you get McDonalds. So 8am comes, not opening. I ask the guy i see. He says another 30 minutes. Are Flippen kidding me. Then opens about 5 minutes later. So now we are behind on getting our equipment set up for these racers
