「Pros: Price, nice staff, gated security with staff working at all time. Parking was ample. Great communication. Mini mart, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and small vendors all around. Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away. 」

「This is a very modern property. The apartments have nearly everything you need. Except, cutlery, tea towel, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper! We were constantly asking for toilet paper. None of the house keeping staff could speak English. It was very frustrating. Considering there were English speaking guests, there should be a couple of HK staff that can speak English. This would help a great deal. The Chef needs to know how to make toast. If you are putting toast on the menu, then you...

「The only thing I did not like about the Sokha hotel was that my wife’s younger sister came to swim with us and we were charged $20 to have a 12 year-old swim with us at the hotel. No one else was in the pool but us.」
