The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time. The pools were well-maintained. I paid $10 for the breakfast, but there was nothing on the menu that cost more than $4 and was very limited, food was bland and dry, meat dry scrambled eggs dry

This is our second stay here and the new room was much nicer. Everything worked in the new room, so now we will never know what the real feel for the place is.

This is a nice place that is trying to grow into it's own. The location is in the residential area which keeps it quiet. The staff are very helpful and always there. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit worn and need some light maintenance, as well as making sure the drainage system is in order.

The pool area and amenities surrounding the pool looked good. But, the hotel is very run down. They need to really clean up the hallways and elevator area as well as their cupboards and fridge. It smelled moldy, the cupboards inside was very dirty and unusable. From the pictures it seems to be a reasonable place for a reasonable price and for some people it may seem like it is good enough but I think if they put more effort to ensure all these finer details were kept up with, cleaned and properly taken care of it would be a good enough place to stay. Please take the time to put some effort into all of these finer details as it can hinder the comfort of the stay. I also notice some bug issues that may need some attention to. The bedroom and bed were comfortable and the washroom was good and spacious.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here it was great as usual. It’s 10 mins from the airport which was very convenient for us. Staff were nice & we had a positive experience here.

Overall, good stay

It’s nice as towels and sheets are clean. However, I found the drinking glasses dirty (not washed properly). Overall, it’s a nice stay nevertheless as it’s near the airport and located in a quiet neighborhood.

I give zero star. It was terrible experience ever. I booked 2 bedrooms with breakfast. He gave 1 dirty bedroom without breakfast. I show him an email. Peter said I made a mistake on reservation. It is ridiculous (he Does Not know how to read English). I need to cancel my reservation he said no because I check in late at 8pm. He said no matter what it was my mistake. He keeps put a blame on me while he is a property manager with no responsibility and not professional. He needs to get fired ASAP. I’m not recommending anyone to stay there. Otherwise you will ruin your vacation or travel.

I liked the pools and the grounds of the property. There is a small restaurant and store on site for quick bites. Grab into the city takes 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The airport is very close. Overall I would recommend it for short or long term stays. My only complaint is that the apartment doesn't have plates, utensils, pots or pans, so cooking anything is difficult.

The apartment was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The fridge was brand new. There was a small balcony. It was close to the airport. The person at the desk spoke English. There was a resteraunt at the hotel across the street that was pretty good. This was a good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport.
