「This is good hotel.all so nice.」

「The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.」

「Second time staying at Sweet Suites Cherry Hill. Property meets our needs when visiting family in Seattle. Overall nice place to stay. Disappointed shower drain needs attention and bathroom ceiling mold issue needs attention before it gets worse. Would stay here again.」

「The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy/clear instructions on how to get in. I got there early thinking I had early check in and my codes weren’t working, I mistakenly did not add it to my trip but within a few minutes I had someone on the phone and in person to help me get into my unit. Very responsive and helpful I would stay again. Only problem was the tricky parking situation which isn’t the property’s fault. You have to pay for parking anytime on street or in lots from 6-10pm」

「This property is not safe, nor is it secure. There is no front desk, hence you have to make a reach to guest services via a phone call. Upon arrival to my unit at this property, the hotel room door was not fully closed nor latched, hence it was not secure and locked. I made sure to scour the room to be sure there was no occupants and/or inhabitants. And upon trying to use the door code to the unit that I was given, I got locked out of my room and was unable to access. Customer service at...
