「Great apartment, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Perfect location, right in the center of everything, many attractions within a walking distance, many great food options. Metro and train station nearby as well. Would highly recommend!! Two things that I wish were different - not having a front desk on site was a little inconvenient (always nice to have someone to ask questions) and getting more than one pillow per person (there were extras in the closet, but no pillow cases). 「Very nice location, just a few minutes walk to nearby Christmas market and old town square. It’s actually of walking distances to other attractions like the Charles bridge. It is also just next to the underground train. Overall, nice stay and highly recommend!」

「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」
