Conveniently located but no life access

We booked a family room. Description said there is lift but in fact not all rooms are accessible by lift. We had to climb up to 3rd floor attic with our heavy luggages. However I truly appreciated the staff helping us to bring down one of our luggages upon our request. Property is quite old but interesting attic setting with two beds. It is located at the centre of the old town, easy to explore the old town from this apartment.

A family-friendly hotel with great location

The hotel has a great location as it is close to many famous attractions within the old town area. Air-conditioners were installed in the room , with comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen, which is a family-friendly hotel recommended to stay!

The location was fantastic- we could see the astronomical clock from our room and we stepped out into Old Town. At night if you like quiet ask for back rooms. The rooms were overly spacious with a very nice kitchen with washer/dryer. Only one staff person was personable, the rest….. only issue we had was the tub/shower - beautiful but for older people so unsafe. Approximately 2.5’ wall to step over and NO handrails. Water pressure puts USA to shame.

È un complesso di appartamenti in pieno centro, a pochi passi dall’orologio con servizio reception 24h. Il nostro appartamento F spaziosissimo, ben curato con cucina attrezzata di tutto, anche elettrodomestici: lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, macchinetta per caffè, bollitore. Nel bagno vasca con doccia e lavatrice/asciugatrice. Unico neo sono le finestre che non si oscurano infatti forniscono le mascherine. Ci sono un sacco di scale, ripide, quindi se si hanno bambini è meglio chiedere appartamenti al piano terra. Per il resto tutto davvero super!

So this was a great apartment. Couc was a little weird (it’s a pull out bed) and it looses its shape. This location is abouy a 2 minute walk to the astronomical clock (READ it’s touristy). Our unit faced the courtyard and noise was never an issue. Overall it’s central but it’s touristy. It’s a balance. Recommend overall.

We absolutely loved our stay. You can’t beat the location. We had an amazing 2br suite on the third floor, overlooking the square and you couldn’t hear a thing. The place was huge! Kitchen had all the essentials and the staff were so nice and inviting. We arrived really early, but no worries, left the luggage there until we could check in. No question, when we return to Prague, we’ll be staying in the same unit we had this time. Amazing!

Excellent location and very responsive and helpful owner. Apartment was lovely, my only negative was the beds and mattresses were very tired and creaky which could do with replacing for a good nights sleep. Other than that, perfect for what we needed
