"I was not able to even stay because the check-in was office and I wasn’t able to get my room combination. I had called them multiple times and texted ahead of time saying that I was going to be checking in later in the evening then proceeded to come back the next day in the morning and the checkin office was still close. I had no choice but to find a hotel that would accept me because I had all my travel baggage"

"Apartment was clean and adequate. There was a washing machine but no washing pods left, even though when speaking to a lady in another apartment in the block (rented by Number 1) she’d been left pods. We’d been travelling for a month so needed a washing machine, which is why we’d booked this specific accommodation. Also, there are a LOT of steps up to the apartment, wasn’t a problem for us, but we met a elderly lady in the hallway who would not have been able to get to her apartment without our help. I still wonder how she managed when it was time for her to leave! I think this should be made VERY clear to potential guests, I can’t remember seeing this info when we booked. The actual location of the apartment was very good as very close to the bus station and only a short walk to shops & restaurants "

"Very modern and well appointed apartment. Largest TV in all our month of traveling. Close to the bus station and downtown. Easy access. Parking somewhat expensive 3 blocks away. Apartments are on the 3rd floor with no elevator. "

"Quick communication with the host. Loved the laundry facility in the middle of our 2 week vacation. Clean apartment. Nearby parking lot was very convenient. Excellent burek one block away, across from grocery store. I will crave the cherry strudel forever."
