Mikel was a fantastic host—check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we were even upgraded to a larger apartment. The place is very new, fully equipped, and made us feel completely at home during our two-night stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Korzo and just a 15-minute walk to the central bus station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommended if you're visiting Rijeka!

We really like our stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning work well, location was right in the middle of everything, and not very far from the bus and train stations. You could walk everywhere. We stayed on a weekend and you could hear the music and noise from nearby establishments, but it did not bother us at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Amazing Accommodation

This small business is amazing. The people are so kind and helpful. It's also amazing that they can do a remote check in so you don't have to go to someone to check in at a desk. I ended up booking with them again at a different location. Both places were so clean!!! They even helped me with parking and ferry information.

This accommodation is exactly as advertised. Gorgeous presentation, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Great water pressure in the shower! The only downside if you’re there on a weekend is the noise outside from partying students. Don’t let that deter you though—that’s what earplugs are for! I’d definitely book this again. We had both rooms with five friends traveling together.

Convenient, clean apartment in Rijeka centre

Excellent apartment in the dead middle the Rijeka city center. Mikel is an excellent host/manager and replies immediately whenever anything is needed. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and very useful for longer stays (small kitchenette, desk, couch, great shower, very comfortable bed – the list goes on). Other reviews have mentioned the noise from the bar/club downstairs, which I can also confirm, but earplugs always help :) Getting to and from the bus and train stations is very easy, and there are many great restaurants in the immediate area. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing, complete apartment-hotel!

Even better than actual photos! Amazing apartment hotel especially the big bed. Very hi-tech unit. Easy access in the evening. Owner Michel very accommodating, helpful, and lots of practical tips. Highly recommended especially if staying in the centrum. 5 stars!

Great if you are a group of adults without a car looking to enjoy the local nightlife. Challenging if you are a family traveling with a car. Nightclub nearby that is loud until 2am-3am on party nights.

The apartment was excellent, the host was very communicative and helpful. The location is amazing and everything is within walking distance, including a wine bar downstairs. The first night was surprisingly quiet, given we were in the middle of the city. The one downside was on the second night the music from the another bar downstairs was very loud until 2am. The host had warned us about this, but wasn't quite prepared for how late it would go on for. But overall, this apartment was excellent!

What an amazing experience! Our host Mikel was beyond communicative, and ensured we had everything we needed not only in the apartment, but also for getting around the city. First off, the studio was centrally located - literally 4 blocks from the bus station. It was the perfect combination of cosy, elegant and high-tech. Best shower ever! Comfortable bed, unit did not feel cramped and there was everything on hand including one of the BEST WELCOME books I have seen yet. It rained one of the days and Mikel offered us FREE museum passes so we would not have to worry about the rain. It is very close to everything, and I mean everything! Not having onsite access was flawless - you cannot go wrong with this property. AND luckily they have several! I will definitely come back again and again. 5 star experience for a fantastic price. Could not have asked for more!

Small room; average value

The photo of this room is deceiving. It is simply one small room with one wall devoted to non-descript kitchen appliancees. There appears to be a mirror in the photo to make it seem like two distinct rooms. It isn't. The bathroom is outstanding however. Too bad the rest of the unit doesn't match the effort poured into the bathroom. We were there on a Friday night and pulsating dance club music pounded from a nearby square well into the night. The neighbours upstairs talked, shouted, laughed and partied until six the next morning. Earplugs proved to be ineffective.
