「Overall it was a nice stay, fairly clean, friendly staff, very convenient location with many options for an easy dinner. The carpets were lifting up in the hallways, creating a potential tripping hazard and the pillows are absolutely horrible, worst pillows I have every used.」

「I was locked out of my room from midnight until almost 5am because i couldn't get a room key made because there was noone there even answering the phone. Had my kids been with me and i couldnt get to them bc I couldn't get a room key made.....could easily happen with staff nowhere in sight for majority of the night」
