「I highly recommend this hotel Id give it 5 stars Great peaceful location, well thought out immaculately clean rooms. The staff were extremely friendly who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, a BiG thank you to you all.」

「Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.」

「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」

「Love the hotel front beach, the food was good too.」

「Beach view very nice. Staffs are very nice and helpful.」

「Staff was Great. Had to ask for a blanket but easily given. I left an item but they were willing to send it to me for a fee. I really appreciated it」

「lots of facilities were not work after check in. I was told the massage bathtub was not in serve, what a pity! My wife was attracted at first view by the photo of bathtub they showed online, that’s the reason why we booked this suite. It’s not the worst case, later I found the electrical heater was broken and also the door could not be locked. We were waked up by the sudden loud noise from air-condition in midnight. It’s a terrible experience in the first night; I got up and complained to...

「Stayed here for 2 nights. We were met by the host Stephanie who was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the complimentary Prosecco for our anniversary- was a very nice touch. Ample parking outside the property. The property it self and surrounding areas are very clean and neat. Modern furnishings inside including ample kitchen utensils. Bathroom was nice with good water pressure in the shower and even had a washing machine if needed. The property is close to Anse Kerlan beach which has...
