Lovely stay

Excellent customer service, all the staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to John who was the activity coordinator and boat trip organiser such a lovely enthusiastic man. Hotel is at the end of a beautiful long beach.

Hotel super consigliato

A parte la pulizia che dovrebbe essere più accurata ma era sufficiente soggiorno perfetto per accoglienza alla reception, gentilezza del personale al breakfast e alla cena,varia e ottimo cibo. Un grazie particolare a John che ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti. Spiaggia super da non perdere assolutamente!

Un hôtel agréable

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable, petite mention spéciale à John qui est le « « « « rayon de soleil de l’établissement », merci à lui pour son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur! Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l’hôtel donne un accès direct à la plage, c’est très pratique surtout lorsque l’on a des enfants. Cependant, attention lorsque vous vous vous baignez il faut mettre des chaussures puisque qu’il y a des raies rouges qui peuvent vous piquer si vous marchez dessus (elles sont cachés sous le sable). Le petit déjeuner est très bon, cependant le buffet du soir est bas de gamme, si nous avions su nous n’aurions pris la demi pension.

Un magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 3 magnifiques nuits dans cet hôtel qui regroupait tout ce que nous recherchions : une chambre spacieuse, propre, un agréable balcon avec vue océan. Le personnel était très serviable. L’emplacement (spot parfait pour observer le coucher du soleil) et les parties communes de l’hôtel sont supers ! Nous nous sommes régalés au buffet. Nous recommandons cet hôtel dans lequel nous aurions pu rester plus de nuits encore !

Un po’ pretenzioso

Camere buone, piscina modesta, ma siamo al mare. Reception fredda, ma così molti hotel di Praslin, anche più blasonati. Servizio al ristorante da dilettanti: tovaglia sporca? Sedetevi ad un altro tavolo... settimana con forte marea, spiaggia molto ritirata. Buffet molto ricco ma di qualità media. John responsabile delle attività molto simpatico. Complessivamente troppo caro per il livello

Excellent Rooms and Service!

Loved this hotel! Was greeted at the front desk by the lovely receptionist and staff members. They welcomed us to paradise at the Paradise Sun Hotel. Service here was incredible!! Staff at this hotel were friendly, kind, able to make us feel welcomed and helpful. The room was spectacular, large, able to see the ocean from our front porch and very clean & tidy. Food here is definitely delicious!! Every evening for dinner is a different theme night for their buffet. Lots of delicious food. Waiters and Waitresses were lovely and gave excellent service! Receptionists were friendly, helpful and really enjoyed talking with them. There was not much of a beach while we were there. During the Spring season, the tide was a high, so there was not really a beach to walk on. Only able to walk on the beach at certain times. But the view of the ocean and other island was spectacular!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We are already planning our next trip to stay at this hotel again!

Great family getaway

Tucked away at the end of the bay, this is a slick run operation with excellent food. Activities and live music, great options for adventures in the surrounding areas - it's all you need for a special Seychelles vacation. Thank you paradise sun!

Regret...

Compre to other hotels what we paid and what we got this hotel totally disappointed me. First of all, no welcome with smile on the face even though our honeymoon. Better talk to robot. No pick up service ,Dirty shower screen, no water for shower had to stand to wait with soap on whole bady, wifi often discounted, not enough beach towel, many times kayaks were not available, activity tools broken or missing part. No infomation for what kind of theme dinner. Wait for concierge for 10 min even though they know what time i check out. This hotel old but im not complain about small room, small pool or old style. Just not good enough customer service. I dont know how people pay that amount to get these service and gave them 10 out of 10??? I would not recommend this hotel. Pay more and stay the best one praslin or stay smilar level hotel on other island.
