"This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. The room smelled strongly of smoke as soon as we entered. Bedsheets, pillowcases, and runners were dirty and stained. "I arrived at this hotel to check in but having seen the unhealthy entrance with mark of spitting, I decided to check the room before I check in, I found the bathroom was smelling with filthy smell of urine. I refuse to check in and asked for refund but unfortunately could not as the manager Mr Dilip attitude was totally negative and I left the place and checked in another hotel.
