「I was coming from out of country and I looked online picture for this hotel it was looks clean and neat but when I went there the hotel was not good bedshit was rip and bathroom was not clean hot water wasn’t coming in shower and there is no lock on any cabinet or no safe 」

「Location is far from city Area is Commerical / industrial and hotel actually located on 7th floor The road is extremely busy with traffic and there is a toll entry/exit across road We had booking yet on arrival they were confused and were rather lost 」

「Did not get Wi fi connection for 2 hours after checking in: they said person was out for lunch! Covering staff did not know what he needed to do! Had to log in for Wi fi again next day even with continued stay. Saw a mouse outside the room the very first day. Dining hall’s doors were kept open to the reception area leading to smell of cooking in the reception and hallways. Dining hall did not have brightness. Staff was courteous but buffet breakfast was not available one day from limited...
