「Check in was horrible, front desk attendant could not explain anything to us during check in. Ran 2 transactions off my card and proceed to run two more without my knowledge. Attempted to run a 5th transaction after I had checked out 2 days later. Result is I have now overpaid for my rooms and after a week have not received a refund for the overpayment.
