「We were greeted with a smile at the front desk after a long day of traveling. The hotel is very clean and updated, the room was spotless, with a renovated bathroom . The bed was very comfortable . As Cheyenne was celebrating Frontier Days, we were invited to the happy hour in the lobby, and given a lovely welcome gift, a nice surprise . All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.」

「6 night stay, only complaint was I had to go ask for additional towels/washclothes, Kleenex. No room service at all, I set our dirty towels & the garbage bags out side the door twice & had to ask for new garbage bags. Brkfst could be improved on, only tried to eat it one morning & decided No Thanks!」

There are train tracks nearby, and we did notice some activity in the area at night that made us slightly concerned about our vehicle’s safety. While the exterior is lit, it’s not especially bright.
