「L'accès a la chambre est particulier, monté au 7eme, traverser l'immeuble et aller a l'étage de la chambre Le personnel était très bien Le petit déjeuner et le dîner était aussi bien, mais bruyant. La propreté de la douche mériterait un produit anti moisissure.」

「Ambiente muito tranquilo e familiar, ótima pousada para quem deseja contato com a natureza e tranquilidade! Fica á 200 metros andando da praia do tombo! Pra mim melhor praia do Guarujá! Estacionamento na rua carro fica na rua mesmo de frente a pousada. Ótimo atendimento na pousada, linda pousada! Muito confortável! Voltarei concerteza no futuro. 」

「The hotel is across the street from the beach and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and a lot of them spoke English. The breakfast was a good variety.」

「The stay at Cosmopolitan was perfect for us. Arrived early on August 20th at 10:30 and we were able to check in for a much needed shower and nap. Breakfast was very good! Room was more of a studio apartment with refrigerator, microwave and stove. Grocery store only a short walk away. And the air conditioning was the best! Great stay!」

「No my room didn't overlook the beach. The room was clean and it was in a terrific location with easy access to everything. This is like a historic building. It's ginormous and it's right across from the beach so lots of rooms face the beach. It has air conditioning. We had two private bedrooms with bathroom and a fridge It suit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was included in the room price. 」

「From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. 」

「The breakfast had a great selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, fresh fruit, fresh juices, coffee and more! The pool is great for cooling off in a hot day. 」

「Habitación Limpia , ubicación perfecta y grandes vistas , solo el personal del desayuno no fue atento , estuve sentado 10 minutos h estaba vacío el lugar y nunca me atendieron. Lástima por ese punto pero fuera de ello todo bien. 」
