"It’s in the heart of the city but it wasn’t too loud. Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond. My room itself was clean and spacious for one & the bed was comfy.
I added breakfast on for myself and it was good the first day but felt a bit stagnant the rest of my stay but that’s continental breakfast I suppose. There are plenty restaurants around if you want to switch it up!"
"great hotel in ideal location, breakfast was very good with a wide selection .
water stations on each floor is a good idea .
enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend 👍"
"Very clean, well-located four-star hotel just around the corner from the Palladium shopping mall and its extensive food court. Three Starbucks a block away from the hotel, which is also within easy walking distance of a Metro station, trams, the Old City and very affordable restaurants. We were in a suite. Lots of space. But It could have used a microwave and Nespresso machine in addition to the mini-fridge. King bed was comfortable. Shower was in a high-sided bathtub. Some might find that difficult to navigate. There’s a nice breakfast buffet, with lots of variety. We enjoyed our eight nights in the hotel and of course, in Prague, itself - lovely city whose locals can seem a bit dour. Or maybe they’re just understated in a way that I won’t pretend to understand or judge as a first-time visitor with little knowledge of Czech culture. The area around the hotel and from what we could tell, all of Prague, seemed very safe. Front door access to the hotel was via room card after 11 pm, and you needed to tap the card to get the elevator to ascend. Wife and I would stay at the hotel again."
"Beautiful property, nice, quiet room. Spacious modern bathroom. Great breakfast included with our reservation. Friendly staff. My only recommendation is softer toilet paper."
