"An amazing hotel! Cannot fault at all.. Great location , clean, helpful staff and great location. Surpassed our expectations. Breakfast was also included and really tasty. Reception and cleaning staff were helpful and went above and beyond our needs. We were here for eight days and really happy with our stay. Rooms were big too. Even better if: -Complimentary water bottles left in room for house keeping - mirror in main room, maybe an extra plug sauce Would give 9/10! An extra Thank you to Adriana who was extremely helpful"

"This was a great hotel to stay at for our first time in Czechia. The staff was wonderful and helped us get better oriented with the building and the area. They offer water to fill up your bottles, which we needed since we were walking a lot to tour the city. The property is located in a great part of the town and within walking distance of some areas of interest plus a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall. There is also a grocery store should you need/want some supplies.The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely book tis property again."

"Very clean, well-located four-star hotel just around the corner from the Palladium shopping mall and its extensive food court. Three Starbucks a block away from the hotel, which is also within easy walking distance of a Metro station, trams, the Old City and very affordable restaurants. We were in a suite. Lots of space. But It could have used a microwave and Nespresso machine in addition to the mini-fridge. King bed was comfortable. Shower was in a high-sided bathtub. Some might find that difficult to navigate. There’s a nice breakfast buffet, with lots of variety. We enjoyed our eight nights in the hotel and of course, in Prague, itself - lovely city whose locals can seem a bit dour. Or maybe they’re just understated in a way that I won’t pretend to understand or judge as a first-time visitor with little knowledge of Czech culture. The area around the hotel and from what we could tell, all of Prague, seemed very safe. Front door access to the hotel was via room card after 11 pm, and you needed to tap the card to get the elevator to ascend. Wife and I would stay at the hotel again."
