During my check-in, the staff attitude was bad. When I asked question, he stopped me and said rudely that waited until I finished. When he finished, he did not ask me what was my question. I had to check with him "Are you finish ?" By the time he was very unpatient & impolite. The staff is a guy aged 20 something & with brone hair. Other staffs are good and helpful. Regarding the cups, plates etc. , some were not cleaned after used. They should check & clean before other room guests stay in.

Overall great experience
Staff was good, location is perfect, you do have to share the bathroom with other guests but there is enough privacy and the overall experience is great!

非常之滿意，性價比極高，強烈推薦!!
這次聖誕節布拉格之行有點趕，11月才訂機票，11月尾先訂酒店。 價錢平既都不能夠連續住夠成個行程，所以都分開住兩間酒店/apartment. 頭3晚住左呢間davids rezidence ，價錢好抵，唔洗HKD$400 一晚。 房間如圖一樣，乾淨整潔，有個小廚房，有電磁爐、煲、碗果D，可以煮麵食。 不過留意返係無**微波爐**，我地第一日到埗未夠鐘check-in，放低行李之後就出去行， 買左d 叮既飯，點知原來係無微波爐，最後就用鑊煮。 廁所都非常乾淨，鏡同洗手盤係廳，唔係o係廁所入邊，無咩問題。 ** 留意 ** 我住3晚，只係得一包仔 沖涼液+洗頭2用 唔夠用我最後去左reception 借左一支沖涼液 建議大家自備沖涼液同埋洗頭水 床非常之舒服，有d 淋 (旅行短短訓幾晚我中意訓淋)，好好訓。 係一大床黎，但係由兩張床褥合併一齊，有兩張被，兩個人可以一人一張，又可以一齊訓。 房間有暖氣，非常舒服，空間又夠大，開兩個大喼完全無問題。 Wifi 速度唔錯，連接穩定 重點，位置極度非常之方便!!!! 係黃色線Florence 站出，行1 分鐘就到，一出地鐵站就見到。 留意布拉格地鐵出口無指示係咩出口，上完扶手電梯之後會有d小商店，pizza company，找換店， replay等，留意地下有個burger king 既貼紙，係貼紙果個出口出 (要搬樓梯) 一出到地面左手邊馬路對面會見到有間pho u 綠白紅色招牌既越南餐廳，Daivds Rezidence 就係越南餐廳隔離。 Prague, ÚAN Florenc 站就係burger king 果度，一出地鐵站就係，極之近酒店。 去KV 溫泉小鎮通常會係呢個站上車 ! 另外，Florence 站撘一個站就去到老城區，天文鐘、廣場、都係哂果度，非常方便。 我個行程係度住左3晚，之後就去Cesky krumlov ，因為唔想拉個喼去ck，所以寄存左係度一晚，過夜收50 czk 一件行李 ~ 總括黎講，我非常滿意，如果有機會再去布拉格都會繼續入住!

距離舊城區很近， 旁邊的巴士站就可以坐車到布達佩斯， 非常的方便， 附近麥當勞還有 超市都在旅館的附近買東西吃東西很方便

Nice apartment
Convenience location. Near all the main tourist site. 2 supermarkets at the back street. A money exchange shop in a very good rate also located on the same street. We are 3 persons and I booked one flat which include two lodge, one kitchen, one washroom and the most important to make sure we have our own bathroom. The housekeeping service in every 2 days.

They cleaned ONLY ONCE during my four days stay. On one floor there are four rooms sharing ONE bathroom and toilet, which means you have at least eight people using one facilitation. If any one is talking at the balcony of the building you'll hear every word they are speaking.

Great location, nicely staff
Less than 5 min walk to metro and bus terminal. Also supermarket nearby. Very nice staff and helpful. Room smaller than I think but ok. No soap and shampoo however.

Love it
The room was smaller than I had expected. But the room was clean and nicely decorated, especially loved the small kitchen(except the freezer was not powerful enough to keep the ice cream I bought in supermarket) Moreover, the location was superb to me, because I could just simply cross the street and hop on the bus at Florenc bus station to other regional cities nearby!!!!

我們租兩人房，但是給我們四人房的大小；而且還有小廚房；早餐也很豐盛；唯一不太好的就是房間舊舊的

Location is good
The hotel is near the Florence bus terminal. It's very convenient for us to go to K.V. by bus. The room was clean, however two little insects visited us when we opened all windows.

Все отлично Единственное делали ремонт на этаже выше, много коммуникации из-за этого с рецепцией, но они максимально приветливы. Туалет/ ванна чисто, вай-фай адекватный.

Was not happy paying an £83 deposit on my card and only getting £60 back, no reason given. Other than that property is very good. I suggest, if you can you pay the deposit in cash, unfortunately I could not as had an early flight on checkout day.

Perfect stay
Quite good location. We have enough space to place our belongings in the room. There is a fan, but no A/C. The housekeeping service is available every two days. The only downside is that the socket is not enough, especially when we used the adapter. However, it is not a big problem.

Mycket prisvärt!
Blev bara en natt denna gång pga endast snabbvisit - men skulle lätt komma tillbaka hit nästa gång jag är i Prag. Vänlig och hjälpsam tjej i receptionen, lugnt boende på en vad som uppfattades som trygg gata, 1 minuts gångväg till tunnelbana (1 station från centralstationen) och 15 minuters promenad till Old Town square. Rent och fräscht. Mycket prisvärt!
