The location was good and pretty close to certain historic places. Only thing is when getting an Uber or being dropped off, they don’t come to front of hotel, they come by the side.
friendly people ,though the wc and shower were a little problem( flushing)

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was nice, the location is perfect, and the staff were friendly. The only thing I wish to be improved was the lack of any soundproofing between the adjoining rooms. Every single little noise could be heard so clearly that it felt like my neighbors were in my room with me and vice versa. If I had known about the lack of privacy I honestly would have paid more for a different room. That being said, it was still an overall positive experience and I would recommend Pension Brezina otherwise.
Could here the neighbors but wasn't a problem. Everything was better than expected. Super clean, near everything, good breakfast cafe across the street, IPPavlova elevator across the street. Noisy traffic but it always calmed down after 10pm. Would stay here again! !

Simple but Nice
Don't expect a luxury hotel, this is a simple but nice hotel.
Breakfest choice is compact but sattisfying and totaly not expendif.
In the court yard is a place where you can eat or drink by nice weather, otherwise you can eat in the bar legenda which is situated in the same building.
Staff is very helpfull even if you do something stupid as closing the safe without resettting the code.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Not a great stay
The beds are uncomfortable
The reception is not friendly or helpful by any standards
The wifi is poor in the room
The walls are super thin, you can hear other people walk or talk next door
I won't stay here again
Had a very good stay at the hotel apart from there was a few hours where the water stopped working. As soon as this happened, staff did respond straight away to get it fixed.
We paid 60€ per night for two single beds. Which is a pretty great deal. The bathroom was large and had a slightly above average sized shower. The room we were in was on the 5th floor, a converted loft/attic space. They did a pretty decent job of the reno but our room was oddly laid out. The room had a small refrigerator and a TV (tho we couldn’t figure out how to use it). The place was very clean. Access to the 5th floor is by elevator or stairs. Building is very secure and area seemed safe even late.
We arrived late and the instructions to gather our keys were easily understandable. The hotel was very responsive to communication thru the app and accommodated a short notice change for us when I realized I’d neglected to book my son and I a room for our first night in Prague.
The pension is about 20 min walk from the main train station and National Museum. Plenty of restaurants and a Tesco within about 5 min walk. The coffee shop across the street makes a great cafe allongee… tho they call it an Americano (Czech cafes mix these up). Breakfast there is good too.
All in all a decent budget option.
Perfect location for the price.
Walking distance to old city center.
Friendly staff, fast check-in. Advised about good restaurants where locals go.
There was email with instructions how to get to the hotel from airport, what was very useful information.
Only one drawback - location is quite noisy with city noise, and you need to keep windows closed. But air-condition didn't work. Hopefully it will be fixed for next guests.
Generally I would recommend this hotel.
Thanks.
