Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal die auch gerne auf Sonderwünsche wie ein Zimmer mit Balkon eingegangen sind. Problemlose Bestellung für Essenslieferungen von nah gelegenen Restaurants. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Good hotel and staff, but maintenance needed

The hotel is in a pleasant, quiet area. Convenient tram stop 10 minutes away, only a few stops to the castle or the old centre. The hotel provides a tram map and advice as to which trams to take and where to get off. Staff is generally very nice and helpful. Negatives: TV did not work and the bathroom had a persistent odour of sewerage.

Nice hotel

Pros : We got apartment 1 and it was massive. Lovely and spacious No kettle in room Close to tram and cost only 1 eur to city centre We checked in late on Saturday and the reception could not be more helpful. Very nice welcome. Good breakfast. Lovely view of the place at night. Perfect apartment for family with kids. Cons: It if was winter time I would have given 5 stars .. It was over 30 degrees and there was no air con in the room.Extremely hot. Overall stay very pleasant

Grazioso hotel a tre chilometri dal centro.

Hotel dotato, per chi servisse, di un comodo parcheggio gratuito. La nostra stanza molto ampia, confortevole e ben condizionata, unico neo il pavimento in moquette. Buona la colazione e fantastica la receptionist che ci ha risolto, con grande impegno e dedizione, un problema di batteria completente scarica con l'auto a noleggio. Buona la pulizia generale.

Great hotel but a good walk to the centre

Was easy to find by car and had decent parking which is what I was after. Easy check in and friendly receptionist, clean spacious room with good ensuite. Useful fridge/minibar in room and a safe. Good selection of buffet breakfast. Close to bus and tram, 9 , so overall a pleasant relaxing stay

Не совсем понятно, почему дают гостям номера для инвалидов? На места инвалидов парковаться же нельзя? Зачем их номера тоже давать? За 2 ночи проживания ни разу никто из персонала отеля не поздоровался. Все ходят или сидят не замечая никого. Просто выполняя свою работу.

Super Frühstück, Auro im Hof kostenlos, Sehr gutes Zimmer, Betten wurden täglich gemacht. Hotel nur 5 - 10 min. zur Straßenbahn. Ich würde sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Would like to come again.

A cosy calm hotel, once you find the way to the tram station it takes just 10-15 min to get to the centre. Good breakfast in a pleasant diningroom. Very friendly and nice girls at the reception. A minus was a kind of wet smell in the room.

Hôtel au calme

Hôtel un peu excentré , probablement parfait pour les touristes en voiture, mais il a l avantage d être au calme ! il faut prévoir un masque pour les yeux afin de ne pas être réveillé par le jour car les Tchèques n ont pas des doubles rideaux occultants ! Quand je suis arrivée , il n y avait pas d eau chaude mais le problème a été résolu le soir , et il fallait faire attention à ne pas se brûler ! La douche était très difficilement réglable et du coup pas beaucoup de pression.

We had a great time in the Hotel Popelka. Once he had a problem with our bathroom and the staff, at the same time, has changed us for a better room, without extra fees. The staff are so friendly, ready to help you. And they speak English, which is great, as they language is just mad to understand. The Hotel is really confortable, nice and cleam. Breakfast was also very nice. With some breads and cheese, coffee and milk, fruits, juice, and also with some egges and stuff. We really recommend this Hotel. The only negative point was the location. We found a bit far from the city center. There is a train really close to the hotel, just five minutes walking, and it takes around 10 minutes to get at the city center. So, it’s not that bad. We just found the area not that nice and beautiful. But was ok. A tip: once you find a metro station better get soon the tickets for the train, because the hotel don't sell it, and a shop or a metro close to the hotel to get the tickets it takes about 10 minutes walking.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, junges, freundliches, nicht deutschsprachiges Personal. Gute Lage ca 30min zu Fuß von der City. Frühstück leider mehr als dürftig, traurig!!... Wlan nur in der Lobby kostenlos! Kostenlose Parkplätze wenn man Glück hat....

Das Hotel liegt einem heruntergekommenen Viertel, das Personal war unfreundlich und nahe an der Stadt wars auch nicht. Als wir ankamen, erhielten wir eine Zimmerkarte und haben eine schlafende Person im Zimmer vorgefunden. Uns wurde dann ein Zweibettzimmer anstelle eines Doppelbettzimmers zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück war aber ganz passabel und das Zimmer sauber.
