Some upgrade to the facilities would be better

The location of the hotel is great but the building is old. The receptionists are nice but we have trouble finding our room due to the complicated building layout. The room we got at first is isolated and no air conditioner. There's safety concern because while the neighborhood was under construction, anyone could reach our windows from the scaffold. We finally asked for another room close to the street with air conditioner. Although it's way much better but there's still some shortcoming. No additional lock besides the card lock; there's a door(locked) between our room and the room beside us. We found a way to jam the door eventually.

Convenient and Cozy

Just right in between old town square and new town but not noisy at night. Various options of restaurants around the corner. Buffet breakfast is pretty decent too.

We are very impressed with the front desk service, they are very helpful and organized. The hotel is located nearby old town square which is convenient but also very noisy all night because of many restaurant/pub around the area.

Good location

Good location,5 min from old town square. Hotel is old, no air con but a fan. No safe. Breakfast is okay, but staff helpful. But if u get a post card, good luck! It's hard to find stamps except in a post office, which is quite far away!

Does this hotel still exist

The hotel is permanently closed. Having been refused a refund from hotels.com rI looked elsewhere for these dates. No response from the hotel prior to leaving UK and customer service from hotels.com was very poor

Great location, however the room we had was very old. Some of the lights didn't work, the walls looked like they needed a fresh paint job, missing pieces of molding. Additionally each day our bed sheets were made, but never changed. We had dropped a drink on the sheets and the same sheets were kept throughout the whole stay. Very ecological, but definitely not a 4*. Great location, but quality of the room was more along the lines of a 2-3*
