my baggage was delayed for 3 days and i have no baggage while arriving the hotel. I understand that it's the trend that hotels not to provide toothpaste and tooth brush anymore, but surprisingly, the room seems provide nothing, even just a box of tissue is not available inside the room? Bathrobe, comb, tissue inside room is all missing. Anyway hotel provided the above after I made the request but it is still surprise that these toiletries is all missing unless you requested for this in such a 5 or 6-stars hotel.... And all the USB charger in the room is out of order. Hotel sent someone to check but after checking and confirming the USB charger is out of order, no one come to fix it or change the room for me....

方便，超值酒店
超讚！入住可享用Executive lounge客房，可享用免費高速wifi,早餐及下午茶小吃及飲品，晚上6:00後還有酒類供應，員工服務有禮及體貼周到，鄰近有大購物商場，對面有超級市場，日式麫店及Casino (不過冇人玩，得職員）到各景點都很方便，到Metro站行一分鐘（其實就係對面馬路）

歷史悠久的酒店，地點一流，近車站，在火藥塔旁邊。酒店職員友善，能夠信賴，提供合適的建議。我們早上6點半到酒店，7點就可以分配好房間「原本是2點check in」。房間整潔寬敞，設備齊全，locker，雪櫃都有，但沒有牙膏牙刷，拖鞋。早餐都可以，選擇比較少，可能是文化不同吧。 因為未有去酒店泳池及健身室，不能評論。 推薦大家這間酒店，總體是不錯的五星級酒店。

位置方便 很棒的服務 床也很舒服
Hilton的服務和設施沒話說，都有一貫的水準！位置好，鄰近景點，而且它的商務中心免費使用，也提供列印服務！至於其他旅客反應的旅行團很多，我倒覺得還好，只要早餐和他們錯過，也是可以享受很棒的品質，下次去布拉格，應該還會來住！

Staff was flexible in meeting our needs for early departure and for allowing us to eat breakfast the day we checked in. The concierge Barbaro was particularly helpful.

Flott sentrumsnært hotell, men..
Flott hotell, sentrumsnært. Store, fine rom med god plass på badet. Sengen var altfor hard for vår smak. Prisen på frokosten står ikke i forhold til det man får, men når det er sagt så er det god orden i spisesalen.

Good but not great
We stayed 30 October-2nd November. Hotel is in an excellent central location, perfect. However the bed was very hard and not comfy and the shower was temperamental. Overall, 7/10 stay, major pro is the location, but the room was far from perfect.

Nice Hilton Hotel with that traditional old Europe feel. Nice dry sauna, gym and pool. Very clean and air conditioned room.
