"its an ok hotel. nothing great, nothing bad. good location that is close to the beach and two subway stations"

"The staff was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is also centrally located in Copacabana, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the property itself feels old and poorly maintained. There is a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the hotel, with peeling paint, loose furniture pieces, and even exposed cables coming out of the ceiling in the buffet area. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Most of the food did not taste good, the eggs were cold and overcooked, and I even found hairs in my fruit, which was quite unpleasant."

"I was Cheated .. i paid for the Ocean view room , but was denied and made excuses .. and was asked to cancel my booking when I objected , the reception manager threatened me to call police if I objected more This is the Wost experience of my 20 years of travelling I need my money back or a compensation.. it’s very rude and disrespectful "

"Spent my birthday here and LOVED it! Wonderful breakfast with an amazing rooftop pool with a beautiful view. Very safe and also such nice staff! Ronan from the front desk was amazing and also Douglas from the front door! Our cleaner was also amazing her name was Rosilda I believe! Thank you for an amazing birthday stay!!"

"THE HOTEL RULES ARE QUITE TOUGH. IF ONE ARRIVES BEFORE CHECK IN TIME @ 14:00 ONE CAN NOT USE THE POOL UPSTAIRS. EARLY CHECK IN COSTS 600 REAIS (£86.00 approx). RIP OFF! I ASKKED TO LEAVE ONLY 30 MINUTES LATER AFTER CHECK OUT TIME AND WAS REFUSED. NOT TO MENTIONED THAT I HAD STAYED THERE PREVIOUSLY AND NOW I HAD STAYED LESS THAN 24:00HRS. I HAD ALSO PAID MORE FOR THE ROOM BUT THE MATTRESS WAS VERY OLD. NEVERTHELESS, THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC. I WOULD STAY AGAIN. 😍 "
