Pros: The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good with many fresh fruits. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Shower was strong with plenty of water. Checkout was fast.
Cons: Checkin took quite a long time. It would be easier to have an online checkin to help doing all the registration forms. Air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud. Thermostat didn’t work at all, which made our bedroom a fridge during the night.

hotel entregou o que ofereceu, tem boa localização, bom café da manhã, os quartos são pequenos e com a mobília um pouco antiga, mas tem boa limpeza, bom banheiro e funcionários atenciosos.

Carnival stay
We stayed during the carnival, to be honest i booked it because it was one of the cheapest during this period, so wasnt expecting much.
However the minute we got out of the taxi, the doorman and reception staff were excellent and very helpful, courteous, especially Johnathan on reception.
The room was ok but clean, the shower was just amazing in terms of the water pressure.
We had dinner innthe restaurant for just one night and wished we had eaten there more often as it was really good, breakfast was also good.
Two minutes walk from the copacabana beach inwould definitely recommend this hotel.

Básico. Preço caro pelo serviço.
No check-in falam que o café da manhã vai até as 11h durante o Carnaval.
Cheguei as 10h30 na segunda de Carnaval e na quarta de Carnaval e estava fechado. Dizem eles que a segunda de Carnaval e a quarta não são feriados. Desde quando ? Porque mentir para os clientes ? Pra economizar um café da manhã ? (Eu já tinha pago)
Depois ficam atrapalhando os clientes para obrigar a usar uma pulseira azul para ''reconhecer '' os clientes, é muito chato e desconfortável. Nenhum hotel desse padrão faz isso.
