「This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. 「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire visit—they truly made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea right from our room was such a special experience. The concierge team was also fantastic, helping us easily arrange excursions and transfers....

「This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!」

「Ambiente des Hotels sehr schön, Zimmer in Ordnung, Bett klasse (groß und nicht zu weich), die Bäder in unseren beiden Zimmern sind wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Und: wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil -> das Hotel liegt zwar tatsächlich direkt am Meer, aber keineswegs am Strand! Was wir auch nicht gefunden haben, war der angezeigte Wellnessbereich und den beschriebene Shuttle-Service gibt es lt. Auskunft der Rezeption auch nicht, leider. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nett anzusehen aber nicht...
