「I booked on behalf of one of our engineers, who found the cabin to be very dirty with little to no hot water, and infestation of insects and no WIFI as mentioned in the accommodation list. The front door also would not close or lock due to the door being so badly warped, and I had to book alternative accommodation as it was not suitable. 「No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. 」

「We had room 6, bejou and spotless. Just 3 little gripes in the bathroom. 1) There is no blind on the window. 2) Mirror over basin is stomach height, husband had to bend double to shave. 3) No shelf for toiletries. Otherwise the hotel is great. The food is FABULOUS. Biggest lamb shank i'd ever had. Breakfast bacon is a must and perfect fried eggs. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. 「The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down. We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating as we booked this cabin over an alternative due to the kitchen. The crockery/cutlery/cookware were dirty. 「The room was spacious and clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Decaf and ordinary coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplied and refreshed each day. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.」
