「Hotel room looks old. Room is very hot. I need to open the door for fresh air. Internet suck! No internet connection for my Computer and phone. Or connected but very slow even could not receiving email. The situation will become better only if they have the tourists group. If the group gone, the internet suck again. No a busy hotel! 「After staying in 7 different hotels in 7 days in Portugal, the Suave Mar easily stands out as the best. Reception and bar staff (the only staff that I had contact with) were outstanding. 「From check-in to airport drop-off, TOP NOTCH = all 5 stars!! From the front desk staff at check-in, she helped to connect with rental car and even came to the car rental location with the van driver; just to make sure that everything went smoothly. Now, its 2025, who does that ?!?! Apparently, she did! Not even any of the world-wide Marriott hotels that I have stayed at had come anywhere close. She add ua to the 5am airport shuttle ride. 「房間空間超大，有完整的廚房與廚具(鍋碗瓢盆....)應有盡有，以及有絕美河景與Ponte Dom Luís大橋。在房間即可看波多的日出。 但沒有陽台，只有窗邊臥榻區。 飯店早餐採buffet式，可與服務人員點各類蛋料理(如炒蛋,煎蛋,歐姆蛋...等)及飲料。 游泳池spa池雖然不大但很漂亮，需要預約(每個時段人數不多)。感謝工作人員貼心提醒，可一次預留1時段以上。 飯店頂樓有露天bar，有提供酒與簡單的餐點(湯,牛排,三明治,沙拉..等)，滿好吃得且價格不會太貴。」
