「I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in St. Charles. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. 」

「This property was very clean everywhere. Beds were comfortable room was large. Great atmosphere in this hotel. Breakfast was included and provided plenty of options. Definitely would pick this hotel again.」

「Room we received had ceiling leak and moldy smell. Bed was awfully uncomfortable and bathroom shower was dirty. Curtains were torn and dirty. Very disappointed and would not ever stay here again.」

「Staff is very helpful but the condition of the corridors were the worst, it was smelling bad from entry to room. On page ther mention availability of basic room items including utensils likes Pan etc, which wasn’t provided, not even detergent or anything. Sofa in the room was dirty and had smell, bedrooms were fine. Bathrooms were ok. Breakfast means just muffins and oat bars were there with coffee and tea, which is ok at that price , but overall not a very happy experience to live there with...

「Bugs on beds」

「Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. 」

「Beautiful “new smelling scented” hotel. Casino was packed, seemed fewer slots available- maybe because of the amount of players that day. Complimentary drinks was not as accessible- someone goes around with a drink cart rather than a permanent soda/coffee station. Long line for the asian restaurant- chinese food was okay. did not try other restaurants. Enjoyed the food court though closes earlier than expected. No pool- but spa available. Could not control Temperature panel in room- was not...

「Arrived and did not have towels, had to wait for laundry to be completed. Bed was essentially a cot with a beat up chair in the corner. Visible dust buildup on tops of walls. Saw many small black bugs throughout visit, then on last day saw multiple cockroaches. Front desk operated on limited hours and when they were there, did not acknowledge guests.」

However, checking in was awkward because I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and was told by someone at a kiosk that they needed to see if the room was ready and would call me.
