「I was expecting charm, but this hotel was exceptional in so many ways. The service and attention to details far exceeded my expectations. What an elegant way to truly experience the past, as if we were royal guests. Beds turned down at night, with chocolate on our night stand along with boxed pastry on a tray with nicely folded napkins. Then the grand finale was the breakfast buffet, the quality and presentation was suburb. Thank you for the fond memories that will last a lifetime. 」

「EPIC SANA Lisboa is a beautiful hotel. So many things made it a wonderful experience! The staff were amazing and so attentive - a special mention for Marya in the Scale Bar, for her expertise, smiles and warmth. The breakfast was incredible - such a choice of food and all so wonderfully made and all tasted delicious. We were sad to miss it on our last day due to an early flight. They gave us a breakfast box but it was very disappointing after the incredible breakfast buffet we were used to!...
