「職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。」

「The hotel is located at Marques de Pombal, a relatively commercial and safe place for tourists to accommodate. The speaker in the room is nice and echo with the theme of this hotel! The design of the slide door of shower room and toilet causes water leakage a bit, but a bath mat can fix the issue, not much concern. A great stay for 2 nights to conclude.」

「I had a very nice stay ! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. However, the staff is not the most friendly and didn't bring up my attention on calling taxi cost. The cost is 5 times more expensive than usual and I only know when the taxi driver charged me.」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「Lovely welcome at reception and snack sent to room. Everything was clean and comfortable - quiet room, good beds and great shower. Shuttle to airport runs every 20 minutes 24 hours a day, really nice because we had a 7 am flight. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.」
