「Bar staff not the most attentive. Ordered sandwiches after a long ride and 20 minutes later when I went to pick them up, the order was never given to the cook. Bar staff was not going to say anything until I saw her entering in the order and called her out on it」

「The gentleman that checked us in upon arrival was extremely helpful gave us a map talked about the area, answered all of our questions and offered suggestions. Also gave us tableware when we did not have it. They are undergoing construction of some kind, so the sauna really didn’t work」

「We booked a two day stay at the Hampton Inn in beautiful Kittery, ME. We chose the Hampton Inn because of its name and reputation as a fine chain. We discovered that it was pet- friendly, which is fine, but also discovered that pets are not limited to certain floors ( i.e. ground floor or first floor only) but are allowed throughout the entire facility. 「Inn was very well maintained as one of the oldest hotels in NewEngland. The Inn has it's charm with haunted happenings. The restaurant has amazing food. I would recommend the chicken.」

「I was not impressed by this property for a few reasons: cleanliness wasn't great, the bedding was rough to the touch and frayed on the side, we only had 3 bath towels for 4 people in the room, and the air conditioning was not adequate for the hot weather. We could not adjust the temperature lower.」
