The breakfast was nothing special, . .we took one look at what was being offered and went down the street to eat breakfast. The showerhead was so full of crud/mineral deposits that only a few nozzles actually sprayed water and there was no soap in the dispenser. The beds were hard as rocks and there was a lot of black spots in the air-conditioning vent in ceiling. Not a great place to stay but you cant beat the view of the ocean if you get an ocean view suite. Location is great too, . .right in the middle of the strip.

We booked a room last minute. We had a room with two beds. The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The bathroom room was a little small and the shower was small. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Its obvious that Chuck and Jackie put a lot of work into making sure their guests enjoy their time spent there. Highly recommend, nice rooms at a great prime right on the beach.

Pros: Great location. Overlooking the strip and the beach. Right down the street from Hampton Beach Ballroom Casino. Close to restaurants, Heated pool. Kitchenette in room. Cons: Maintenance/upkeep needs to be done on amenities in room. Our room was large and had a kitchenette. The lights keep going on and off. The bathroom needs a new toilet. Their attempt to fix the toilet was to duct tape the place where the water goes into fill. It had come out and started leaking water all over the floor when you try to flush it. My husband fixed it but the toilet was moldy and gross inside, Shower was large but needs updating. If you are paying good money to stay in a room you don't want to be sketched out by using the bathroom.

I'd recommend this hotel to who is looking to stay in Hampton Beach. It is right on the strip. Walk out the door and your in all the action. Beach is right across the road. Loved the patio overlooking the strip and ocean.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff that goes above and beyond, they offer coupons for dining and serve a continental breakfast. Includes parking, which is huge. The decks are huge with comfortable chairs. The pool is warm and clean in a quiet peaceful area. And it’s conveniently located right in the heart of everything.

Pelham Motel was the best!!! We will be going back soon. We loved everything . The staff ,the owners. So friendly . The room was so clean the building so clean the pool beautiful! Definitely going back real soon. We already booked for next year for my birthday . We will be going there every year from now on.. coffee they have the best coffee ,breakfast was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. It is the best place we stayed in a long time. I love how family oriented they are. Anyway I could go on and on. I loved it at the Pelham motel, I felt so at home there. Everything is perfect! I didn't want to leave. We will be going back soon.. we loved loved it there. Always our go to place from now on.. Leslie.

Overall: Great location and enjoyed beach, but not a comfortable stay and would not recommend it. Needs fixing up. The Good * Girl at desk was very helpful and walked us to the room. * Location: Walk across the street to the beach. * Large room (ADA, room) * Parking included (a block away). The Bad * Very expensive, however we did book late. * No washer and dryer available, which for a beach place is bad. We hung dry and used hair dryer (didn't work well). Most people were hanging things off of balcony. * Breakfast, was mostly donuts (stale), muffins (OK), yogurt, and unhealthy cereal. * Wide slat blinds only, so bright early and woke us up at dawn. The Ugly * Toilet seat looked dirty, but just needed replacement. * Super rusty doorstop in bathroom, needs replacement. * Sloppy silver duct taping on white AC.

As someone with disabilities, it would have been helpful to know that not only are there no elevators, but the steps are extremely step as well. They put us on the 3rd floor so after 2 days of these stairs, my back and knees are in extreme pain. The "Continental breakfast" consisted of only donuts and muffins. I would never stay here again personally.
