「As someone with disabilities, it would have been helpful to know that not only are there no elevators, but the steps are extremely step as well. They put us on the 3rd floor so after 2 days of these stairs, my back and knees are in extreme pain. The "Continental breakfast" consisted of only donuts and muffins. I would never stay here again personally.」

「The view is amazing! The cleanliness is excellent. However, they pale in comparison to the staff....EVERYONE was extremely friendly, eager to help, and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay. We are already planning a return trip!」

「This is a cute vintage property that has been nicely refreshed and has a wonderful complementary breakfast that includes fresh fruit, granola, homemade coffee cake. It is well off the road and quiet. Lots of trees. The room price was very reasonable! Don’t expect frills, but the basics are done well. The room had a microwave and a nice size fridge.」

「We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience.」
