「We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier...

「Location was perfect, everything close to the hotel-shops, restaurants, beaches,bus stop. Room was very clean, staff was very helpful. Room was freshly renovated, had beautiful character;definitely recommend.」
