The house is amazing! It is actually next to the beach and very spacious.The bedrooms (2) are quite comfortable. This house was exactly what we were looking for this holiday. Relaxing time next to the beach.Parking is available too. We want for sure to come back one day!

Wir haben uns als kleine Familie sehr wohl im Casa di Mare gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, einige der schönsten Strände der Insel sind super erreichbar (teils sogar zu Fuß). Die Unterkunft ist fernab des trubeligen Touristenzentrums von Argassi und dennoch ist man schnell dort, wenn man es möchte. Der Gastgeber stand immer zur Verfügung, wenn man etwas benötigte. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen.

L'esperienza è stata più che positiva salvo solo un aspetto: la comunicazione. Il proprietario (sottolineo gentilissimo) si è rivelato poco reattivo rispetto ai messaggi che abbiamo inviato. La prima volta, a fronte di un problema con le formiche, abbiamo ricevuto riscontro dopo oltre 12 ore. Il problema è stato in ogni caso risolto. La seconda volta, quando abbiamo chiesto notizie sull'orario in cui dovevamo lasciare l'appartamento, pur avendo inviato il messaggio il giorno prima della partenza, siamo stati avvisati 1 ora prima che avremo dovuto lasciare la stanza. La nostra mancanza è stata sicuramente quella di non leggere con attenzione le regole del checkout, tuttavia, una pronta risposta al nostro messaggio, il giorno prima della partenza, ci avrebbe evitato una serie di problemi legati alla fretta del fare i bagagli e allo stravolgimento dei piani dell'ultimo giorno di vacanza. Consiglio al proprietario per il futuro di tenere sott'occhio con maggior frequenza il proprio smartphone. Per un prossimo viaggio a Zante è molto probabile che sceglieremo di nuovo Casa di Mare.

un angolo di paradiso e pace

la casa è tenuta benissimo, super spaziosa all'interno, ma anche in esterno, ha un giardino enorme dove si può parcheggiare in mezzo agli ulivi e due ingressi dove sono presenti tavoli e poltrone/sedie per mangiare o rilassarsi fuori. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla gentilezza di Visilis e da una torta fatta da sua mamma, buonissima!! Wifii perfetta, asciugamani, lenzuola, phon, cucina enorme e fornita di tutto. La Casa è bianca e hanno messo tende e copriletto azzurri che richiamano il mare, anche il bagno è tutto azzurro. A 50 metri c'è una piccola spiaggia "privata" lontano dalla confusione delle spiagge normali che abbiamo apprezzato molto in giornate dove volevamo stare più comodi.La casa dista circa 10 minuti da Argassi, 20 minuti da Zante città e 30 minuti da Laganas… siamo andati in un gruppo di 5 amici e stare lontano dalla confusione delle città più gettonate è stato un toccasana meraviglioso, anche perché sulla strada a 2 minuti dalla casa c'è tutto (farmacia, pronto soccorso, super market vari e ristoranti buonissimi ed economici con vista) abbiamo girato tutta l'isola in macchina senza problemi, tornando sempre nella nostra magnifica casa di mare, tranquilla e bellissima. Unica pecca, se proprio vogliamo trovarne una, al principio abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà a trovarla perché non è segnalata da cartelli, ma chiamando Visilis abbiamo trovato subito. CONSIGLIATISSIMA! io e i miei amici volevamo chiedere per comprarla e trasferirci a Zante!
