Comfortable apartment in great location

A roomy, clean and comfortable apartment for our group of 6. The apartment had everything we needed and was well located. Communication with the owner was very good. We enjoyed our stay here.

Location is the only advantage

The location is great, even though it is a bit noisy. The bathroom though was crazily humid and not very well clean. It was stinking and the exhaustion system was clearly not enough to keep up. Moreover, I was mislead by the pictures that there would have been two bathroom and a terrace, which was not the case.

Family of 4, the location is close to alot of the tourist attractions, restaurants and BARS..the problem is there is no A/C and in the heat of August if you want to cool off at night and open the windows you cant because of all the noise the people coming home from bars, cars honking, motorcycles drunk people fighting and the gang of scooter delivery guys you have to either deal with the heat and fans blowing with the windows closed or have them open and deal with all the outside noise which dies down around 3-3:30am but starts up at 6-6:30am. If you are young and like to party then this ia the place to be!

Our stay in Spot Apartments was an amazing experience!! The management, their effort to accomodate requests and efficiency are second to none. Beatriz, who took care of us is a great professional and helpful person. The building is very well located and my family, with 2 kids, enjoyed a lot the stay. I highly recommend this property in Porto.

Really nice aparthotel in Porto old town. Its an old apartment building converted into tourist apartments. The locals must love that. Apartment was spacious and quiet. A little creaky in spots - toilet ran, bidet hose leaked, sheets couldve been cleaner. Also while kitchen is nice they dont supply anything like coffee pods. Washer is a nice touch. Overall recommend.

Cozy 2 room apartment

The apartment was clean and cozy. The minor drawback was the use of two small beds side-by-side in the main bedroom (my wife fell to the floor when beds shifted). Otherwise, it was very nice and suited or needs perfectly.

Our experience at this apartment was terrible. There was no running water, and the bathroom flush was leaking badly, literally shooting water everywhere. We had to shut off the main water valve just to stop the flooding, which meant we couldn’t use the bathroom or any water in the apartment at all. We contacted the host, but the issue wasn’t properly resolved during our stay. The host answered me at 1 o’clock in the morning. This was extremely inconvenient and made the place unlivable. Definitely not what we expected based on the listing. I would not recommend this property until the water system and plumbing are fully repaired.

On a adoré cet appartement qui est à proximité de tout à pied . Tranquille et sécuritaire. Le divan devrait être changer à mon avis et ajouter une chaise à l’extérieur. Le lit très confortable et l’appartement est bien équipé .L’hôte répond vite au demande . Un autre petite chose ,je devais payé la taxe en argent ,pas de reçu Pour moi ,ça m’a apporté une nuit d’insomnie . Je recommande cet appartement

Hemos pasado dos noches en el alojamiento, y hemos estado muy bien. Destaca la ubicación, en pleno centro para poder ir andando a todas partes. La cama muy cómoda, y las ventanas 100% insonorizadas. Pasamos la final de la champion allí, y en la calle había mucha fiesta, dentro del apartamento ni lo notamos. El único pero, poco menaje, no había cuchillos que cortaran y la única sartén que había no era para placa de inducción, por lo que no pudimos usarla.
