Pas de chance pour nous

Appartement en lui-même fidèle à nos attentes, propre, agréable. Non insonorisé et très bruyant la nuit car il donne sur la rue, mais nous connaissons bien le Portugal et cela a été la même chose pour chaque que nous avons faite, nous savions à quoi nous attendre, les Portugais aiment faire la fête ! En revanche nous avons été embêtés tous les soirs par un groupe de jeunes touristes qui louaient au 4eme étage (nous étions au 1er) et qui vivaient exclusivement la nuit, sortant de l'appartement à minuit en courant et en hurlant dans l'escaliers en bois qui fait enormement de bruit, pour rentrer à 6h du matin, très alcoolisés et en faisant encore plus de bruit. Un enfer ! L'agence a entendu et a fait ce qu'elle a pu pour gérer le problème avec les jeunes gens, mais malheureusement ils n'ont fait que davantage de bruit encore les soirs suivants, au point de terroriser nos enfants et nous avons même dû appeler la police. Cela reste une malheureuse expérience, exceptionnelle je pense, car l'appartement est vraiment chouette et très bien placé, à quelques mètres de la gare Sao bento.

Idéalement situé en plein cœur du centre historique de la ville, dans une rue calme à 2 pas de la gare de Sao bento. Confort et propreté, rien à redire. Accueil sympa et conseils bienveillants sur les sites à ne pas manquer.

Lovely visit in Porto

We had a wonderful stay in Porto. The apartment was bright and clean. I would say that the only let down is that one of the bedrooms has no windows hence quite dark and cold in it. Overall perfect location, great apartment with nice balcony and modern look.

Apartamento com excelente localização. Perto de todas as atrações do Porto. Fui atendido na agência pela Vanessa, que por sinal é uma pessoa super simpática e excelente funcionária, que apresentou todo o funcionamento do apartamento. Limpeza impecável!!!

Good location not far from the bridge, and right next to the Sao Bento station. Decent amount of space for two adults and two kids. However, there were huge stains on the couch, and hairs in the bed. A lot of mold in the shower. The heat takes quite a while to warm up. Cleanliness is a big issue in this property.

Apartamento (não eh hotel), SEM ELEVADOR, bem conservado e em região central. Possui sala, quarto, cozinha e banheiro. Roupas de cama e banho um pouco encardidas, mas limpas. Atendimento ao chegar muito atencioso.

100 % deficiente, no lo recomiendo.

Llegamos cerca de las 12hs pidiendo por favor si había posibilidad de realizar el check in antes de las 14hs que era el horario indicado, no dijeron que era imposible que teníamos que volver a las 14hs. Volvimos a las 13:50hs para realizar el check in y no había nadie, recién llego la persona a decepcionarnos a las 15hs (una hora después del horarios informado por Hoteles.com) cabe aclarar que estamos con tres personas mayores (70 años) veníamos directamente de Argentina hacía frío y llovía. El piso tiene dos estufas eléctricas y cuando encendíamos las dos se cortaba la luz (pasamos frio) nos cobraron el servicio de limpieza y no vino nadie a limpiar. Por último sería bueno que aclaren que es 4to piso por escalera, con personas grandes se complica no tener ascensor.

Appartement idéalement situé et bien équipé

Appartement très bien situé, la plupart des visites à Porto y sont accessibles à pied. Situation en centre-ville toutefois un peu désavantageuse la nuit à cause du bruit dans la rue et l'escalier et de l'isolation très légère, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir (l'animation n'est pas compatible avec le calme). Egalement à noter, l'aération limitée au niveau de la salle de bain. Sinon, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est confortablement équipé et la ville de Porto magnifique, les personnes qui gèrent la location sont sympathiques et serviables..

Personal agradable, limpieza deja mucho que desear

El apartamento está bien ubicado. Los colchones cómodos y el sitio agradable. Lo malo, la limpieza, deja mucho que desear, lo tienen todo ordenado, pero sucio, muchos pelos, en el sillón, en el baño, en las mesillas... lo único limpio eran las toallas y sábanas. El apartamento muy ruidoso por los vecinos y las gaviotas. Es un 4º sin ascensor, a tener en cuenta. El personal super amable y agradable. Cuidado con el desayuno. Te ofrecen un desayuno muy completo y a un precio razonable que te suben a la habitación. Todavía lo estamos esperando, lo sirven en el bar de en frente. Incluso bajando al bar no te atienden, te dicen que no tienen café. Nos avisaron justo a la hora que lo habíamos contratado, a las 10.00 h, por lo que nos resultó algo molesto, ya que a esas horas, tuvimos que ir corriendo a buscar algo y ya fue algo complicado... en fin. El sitio agradable y bien ubicado, personal super amable y atento, pero la limpieza....
