"Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important?...

Dotato di tutto il necessario (stoviglie, lavatrice,...). Unica pecca, è comunicante con un altro appartamento (chiuso con una porta ovviamente) e quindi un pochino rumoroso, soprattutto per chi dorme in sala (dipende chi alloggia nella camera di fianco). "Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Hausdame spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und ganz reizend. Das Deluxe Studio ist fantastisch, die Terasse ist riesig. Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wäre etwas mehr Besteck wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur 3 Sets. Hinter der Anlage liegt eine Firma mit LKWs die sehr früh mit den Arbeiten beginnt, was durchaus nervig sein kann. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, war uns das egal, wer den Tag auf der sehr schönen Terrassen verbringen will,...

"The view and the swimming pool are spectacular. The room and hotel is dated. They have older appliances and fixtures in the room. There was scaffolding around the hotel and the landscaping was in need of attention. No wifi other than at the lobby which also has limited hours."
